Chef Franck Reynaud orchestrates the kitchens of the restaurants at Le Pas de l’Ours. The choice is yours.
Thanks to the talent of Chef Franck Reynaud and his kitchen brigade, the two restaurants at Le Pas de l’Ours have won over the most discerning gourmets.
We first discover "L’Ours" with its Michelin star and excellent 18/20 rating from Gault&Millau. Elected "Cuisinier Romand 2018" and a member of "Les Grandes Tables Suisses", the Chef treats his guests to refined, tasty cuisine with delicate Provençal touches and seasonal Valaisan flavours. "Le Bistrot de L’Ours" then offers a mountain chalet ambiance, generous, authentic cuisine, simpler but just as enticing, with a plethora of Alpine dishes on the menu. Finally, over the past few years, Franck Reynaud has focused on a more natural, minimalist cuisine, concentrating on essentials. Proposals he regularly shares with the lucky few at his "table d’hôtes". A unique experience for all fans of gastronomy.
In the cellars, Head Sommelier Nicolas Lacoste will be delighted to introduce you to the thousand-and-one references on the wine-list, including those from Le Valais, the canton boasting Switzerland's largest vineyard.
