In warm, delicate and refined decor, the restaurant Le Partage proposes a unique experience. This time, Chef Franck Reynaud has come up with two menus based on congeniality for a culinary adventure to be shared by his guests. Modern influences, a soft ambiance, seasonal and local cuisine make this address a must in Crans-Montana. Depending on your appetite, you can relish 10 or 16 courses. The meal is thus transformed into a real parade of dishes, a kind of gustatory choreography to the tune of flavours savoury then sweet, surprising textures, and subtle, intuitive associations.
