For its restaurant, the Hôtel Aïda has chosen to break the rules. In decor typical of the region, Le Partage opts for a wide array of gourmet treats and proposes an unprecedented experience: a single menu with gastronomic dishes to be shared in a decidedly "lounge" atmosphere. Subdued lighting, background music, refined dishes.
Conjured up by Franck Raynaud, star-rated Chef of Le Pas de l’Ours, they give priority to world cuisine, including Swiss specialities. Spanish, Italian, Moroccan, Tunisian…, all influences that are an invitation to enjoy escapism for the unconcealed delight of eyes and tastebuds. Not forgetting local products, naturally awarded a place of honour.
In constant evolution, depending on arrivals and the seasons, the menu is comprised of hot and cold starters, meat, fish, garnishings of all kinds, and mouth-watering desserts. There is definitely something to suit everyone's taste. In the dining-room, you will also appreciate interaction with the Chefs who add their final touch to this new gastronomic experience. No doubt about it, the new "must" address in Crans-Montana.
